My cosplay journey began around 2014 with my first ever costume being No Face from Studio Ghibli. Since then I found a community I love and a hobby I can spend night and day on burning my fingers with hot glue.

I grew to love the process of procuring materials, planning, and executing a cosplay project. Sometimes pieces are bought and others are made, but it never bore me to love and treat each cosplay with special care. The late nights of con crunching may have included bad mistakes that could've been easily avoided, but I would still be proud of the outcome because I would learn from what went wrong and improve on the next project.

Dressing up is fun. Playing with makeup is fun. Cosplay is one big costume party that can be for one or many.

Anyone can cosplay and I hope to inspire others to dress up to their heart's content. Don't let anyone tell you you can't cosplay. You want to? Do it! I'm here to help.
